PharmaGuide App (1-Year Subscription)
All purchases of the PharmaGuide App are non-refundable once access has been delivered. In cases of duplicate payments or activation failures reported within 7 days, customers may contact our support team for resolution.
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery only for damaged, incorrect, or misprinted books. To request a return or exchange, please email info@epharmaguide.com with your order ID and clear photos of the issue. Refunds will be processed after the returned item is received and verified by our team.
